Pojo App Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Pojo App! We are dedicated to offering you quality services and a seamless experience. We understand that plans can change, leading to the need for cancellations or refunds. This policy provides guidance on how you can manage cancellations and request refunds within our app.
Cancellations
Before Service Confirmation: Users can cancel a service request at no charge before it is confirmed by the service provider. To cancel, please go to your booking details within the Pojo App and select "Cancel".
After Service Confirmation: If you wish to cancel after your service request has been confirmed, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Depending on the timing and the nature of the service, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
-Service Not Provided: If for any reason the confirmed service cannot be provided, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellation Before Confirmation: If you cancel your service request before confirmation, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow a certain number of days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after a specified timeframe (to be determined based on the service type) may not be eligible for a refund.
- Partial Services: If a portion of the service has already been provided, refunds may only be partial or not available, depending on the circumstances.
